Supply Chain Associate (7 Month FTC)

Job Description:

We are looking for a supply chain associate to prepare shipping to our global customers.

On a day to day basis you will use our ERP system to download orders, counting and tracking the number of stock items requested, and preparing them for shipping to our client sites around the world.

You will work to standard operating procedures, and you will escalate issues that arise to the Supply Chain Specialist.

You will receive full training over several weeks on all processes that are worked through as a Supply Chain Associate.

The value you will deliver

Accurate and timely fulfilment of our customer orders
Upskill on printing of customer orders using multiple pieces of software to upload data
Investigate, take ownership of, and, resolve any printer issues
Process data uploads of order tracking numbers
Process returns for Dublin and other fulfilment centres across the globe
Monitor our queries through multiple mailboxes
Support Customer Service with Supply Chain queries that may arise
Receive stock and process stock receipts on our ERP system
Take ownership of Purchase order issues if/when they arise and work with procurement to come to an appropriate resolution
Follow our frequent stock check process
Work with multiple carriers’ software platforms to ship orders to our customers
Sort and organize orders according to carriers to ensure smooth delivery and accuracy
Any other ad-hoc duties

The skills you will bring

A respect for the quality of your work, and how the quality of your work directly impacts your team, the wider organisation and our customers.
A respect for the urgency of which we are require to initiate shipments to hit our SLA’s
You have 2 or more years’ experience in a supply chain or office environment
Appropriate education and skills to be suitably equipped to understand business terms, operation environments, and delivering exceptional service.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
You love having a set daily routine, such as stock receipt or order fulfilment processes. You should have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is completely quickly and accurately.
You are comfortable with a predetermined set of processes to follow, and you are adept at adhering to process.
You like to schedule your day to ensure that you achieve your daily targets
You are always polite and helpful in dealings with other teams/ departments
