Due to continued phenomenal growth, My Solar Ltd are now looking to hire a number of qualified and motivated telesales professionals to join our team due to our rapid growth and success within the PV System Installation market.
We are recruiting both part time and fulltime sales executives.
We are headquartered in Malahide, Co. Dublin. The successful candidates will have the exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a critical role in managing and delivering Solar PV System installations both in the domestic & commercial market.
Essential Experience & Skills for Success:

• Have previous sales experience (experience with Solar is a plus, but not essential).
• Minimum of 1 year in a telesales role.
• Be serious about advancing their sales career.
• Possess competent computer skills.
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Be self-motivated with drive and initiative.
• Have efficient planning and organizational skills.
• Be flexible to work outside normal business hours and at weekends for events if required.

• Achieve sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
• Generate and maintain new leads and customers.
• Meet internal performance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range.
