- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring products to market successfully and ensure a high level of product quality and user satisfaction.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and user feedback to continuously refine product strategy and optimize the product roadmap. Use insights to identify gaps and make evidence-based decisions.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Over time, build and lead a high-performing product team, grounded in the practical experience of working within the company's structure and environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency around product initiatives, priorities, and progress.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a dynamic environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teams at a deep level.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change.
- Hands-on experience in all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to release and beyond.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth environment is highly desirable.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to shape and define the product vision and strategy of a high-impact division.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment that values innovation and hands-on contribution.
