What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Dev Ops Team Lead to lead our CD efforts.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing a team while keeping the work plans on track together with great service orientation and ability to address stressful day to day.
We need a person with a solid Dev Ops vision and approach to enable, promote and implement it across R&D organization.
Ability to keep team in focus, strong planning and organizing abilities, stay stick to priorities, keep all tasks documented.


How will you make an impact?
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Production and delivery to multiple AWS S8S environments
• Lead, teach, grow a team of experienced Dev Ops engineers
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of the Dev Ops team.
• Provide technical leadership to the Dev Ops team, including mentoring and coaching.
• Work closely with the engineering teams to define infrastructure needs and provide them with Dev Ops support and training.
• Research and integrate new technologies into our stack
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Manage, monitor, scale, and troubleshoot a distributed highly scalable, highly available, customer-facing software stack
• Mentor and coach others in the cloud and Dev Ops tools and practices

Requirements:

What is needed to succeed?

• AWS
• K8S
• Git Ops Argo CD
• Experience with leading, mentoring, and developing a team
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of AWS Cloud services
• Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting practices using observability tools - advantage to Elastic Search and Prometheus + Grafana.
• Competent experience with build automation tools such as Ia C, Jenkins, Circle CI, j Frog, Terraform and similar
• Vast experience with K8s deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Administration level of knowledge of Linux server administration
• Experience in CI/CD methodologies.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team and tech leader, innovative and creative, able to see the “big picture” and take part in shaping the product
• Ability to build, promote and implement the Dev Ops vision across R&D teams
• Good spoken English. Ability to have a technical discussion in English.
