Director of Global Talent Acquisition- maternity leave replacement

Our influencer marketing platform, Popular Pays, provides creators the ability to monetize their work and offers brands opportunities to scale their content through tailored creator partnerships.
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead our international recruitment efforts for a maternity leave replacement position (estimated at 8-9 months). In this position you will ensure successful planning & execution of talent acquisition strategies and achievement of our goals both in quantity and quality of hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a global team of 6 Talent Acquisition professionals (5 in Israel, 1 in the UK). Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team achieves its goals.
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent globally. Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes. Manage recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to talent acquisition.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles, preferably within a global or multinational organization.
Proven managerial experience & strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies and familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
High level of English&Hebrew - written and verbal
