We seek a Growth Marketing Manager to manage lead generation and create and execute campaigns to support sales opportunities.
Work location - hybrid from Israel
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced tech companies
- Strong background in B2B digital marketing through a paid channel
- Proven experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Word Press, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing agency relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work self-sufficiently and excel in a high-paced, continuously changing environment
- Have a solid systematic approach to planning and executing cross-company projects.
- Robust analytic and quantitative skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- “Can do” attitude, team player, fast learner

Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and drive demand generation efforts, including webinars, websites, sponsored programs, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs.
- Ownership of Paid Media Agency relationship
- Ownership of achieving Automat-it lead gen targets according to business goals.
- Maintain budget in collaboration with global and regional teams
- Own and execute ABM strategy
- Own global digital acquisition strategy and advise on regional acquisition approaches
- Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to key stakeholders.
