We are hiring an IT Engineer to support Algo Sec's growing R&D, sales and operational organizations.
Reporting to: IT Support Team Lead
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT support tickets and assist Algo Sec employees globally
- Working in collaboration with Algo Sec IT teams worldwide.
- Deploy and supply hardware and software issues
- Setting up accounts and laptops for company’s employees
- Ensuring a high level of security level while working with different tools
- Solve hardware and software issues on endpoints
- Explore and suggest IT solutions to fix a company’s challenges
- Manage global permissions on various of systems
- Administration of all servers and network (Linux, VMware, Windows)
- Managing Multimedia systems – meeting rooms, TVs
- Managing global online meetings – Teams and Zoom
- Managing the Share Point site – solid experience with Share Point, permissions and sites management
- In charge of managing various applications for our employees
- Cloud: Manage AWS & Azure & GCP permissions
- Managing AD, Office and Azure AD users
Requirements:
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as an IT Engineer
- 3+ years experience in a similar position in "Hi Tech industry" or global organization
- 2+ years solid networking experience and solid virtualization skills
- 2+ years Experience in Mac OS environment
- 2+ years experience with AWS and Azure
- 3+ years of experience with Office 365, Teams and Zoom platforms
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented approach
- Experience in Linux environment
