We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Alethea team in Jerusalem, Israel.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
What will you be doing in this role?
The product you will be working on:
Alethea is designed to enhance students' engagement with academic texts and class readings during their higher education journey. The platform is committed to fostering focused and meaningful interactions with course materials. By integrating Generative AI models, Alethea provides a meticulously crafted and academically sound framework, encouraging critical, systematic, and reflective thinking among students while offering the necessary support.
About the Team
You'll be part of a team with 3 developers, 1 QA, team lead.
Hours of Work / More important information for you:
Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office hybrid mode
This is a part-time 100 hours per month position.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Alethea team in Jerusalem, Israel.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Software engineering/computer science student, with the ability to commit to 100 monthly hours.

Knowledge of Java Script
-
Experience with Agile methodology.

English at a very high level both written and spoken.
What will you be doing in this role?

Writing and executing manual and automated tests based on provided design documents.

Documenting and reporting any bugs or issues encountered during testing.
