The position:

A day in the life:

• Address real-world problems for which no “off the shelf” solutions exist. Harness the latest advances in multi-view video recognition, foundational models for computer vision, and sensor fusion
• Rely on huge data continuously harvested from stores empowered by Trigo’s system
• Collaborate with fellow researchers specializing in an array of different disciplines
• Write production-grade code; Work side-by-side with top notch engineering teams in order to integrate your solutions into Trigo’s system
• See the bigger picture; take the system as a whole into account while designing algorithmic solutions

You bring to the table:

• MSc./Ph D in computer science, physics or another STEM field
• At least 3 years of industry experience developing innovative deep vision models, from concept to production, in leading companies
• An awesome team-player spirit
• Strong analytical skills, and mission-oriented critical thinking
• Fantastic coding capabilities, with a penchant for clean code and great design
• Solid proficiency with Python’s scientific computing stack: Num Py, Py Torch, and Pandas

Nice to have:

• A record of relevant academic research, with publications in leading journals and conferences
• Specific experience in 3D (multi-view geometry, learning from multiple views and 3D data)
• Industry experience as a software engineer; knowledge in (or willingness to learn) Rust
