Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our International Business Management Team. The Customer Service Emerging Markets (Eastern Europe, MEA, Mexico, and China) position is accountable for the operational management of the related area customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The person will be responsible for:
- Managing customer service activities on a daily basis, following the customers/agents from the order placement until the shipment of the goods, working across the sales force and the internal departments involved (purchasing, admin, logistics)
- Order placement during the Sales campaign period and refill/stock orders throughout the season;
- Follow up of the goods arrivals and assignment and handling of shipments;
- Follow up to solve potential problems related with shipments (returns, missing items, delays etc.);
- Daily communication with the sales force, agents and customers of the region;
- Management and checking of export documents;
- Follow up with the special instructions for each client;
SKILLS and ATTITUDES
- The candidate we are looking for has matured a 3/4 years of work experience in a similar role in a multinational company (preferably in a textile industry).
- He/she has gained a Economics or Languages Degree.
- English Proficient level;
- Any other language skill (French, German or Spanish) is considered as a plus;
- Knowledge of Export practices is considered as a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and other IT skills (Excel, powerpoint…);
- Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach and teamwork attitude;
- Eager to learn and being challenged every day;
- Has sense of urgency to provide solutions and address issues;
- Feel at ease working in a high - pressure environment;
- Well organized person.
