Customer Service Specialist - Temporary


Per la sede Oerlikon Riri di Padova, cerchiamo una persona da inserire all’interno del nostro Customer Service Italia per una sostituzione maternità.


Dopo un necessario periodo di affiancamento iniziale, la risorsa si occuperà di gestire l'intero ciclo dell'ordine commerciale, con particolare focus sulla gestione di tutte le attività di back office, dall’inserimento dell’ordine fino al post vendita.
Si relazionerà con la produzione per un costante aggiornamento sullo stato di avanzamento degli ordini e con la Qualità per eventuali reclami.


La risorsa ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

• Formazione attinente al ruolo.
• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in realtà produttive strutturate, preferibilmente B2B.
• Buone capacità comunicative, relazionali ed organizzative.
• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese.
• Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di tools informatici e gestionali.
