Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the seventh year in a row, is looking for a Customer Support to join the Customer Experience Team at the Cadoneghe (PD) site.
Main activities:
· Developing UNOX customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;
· Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes;
· Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;
· Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;
· Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;
· Pronoting and organising demonstrations of our sales staff;
· Manage customer master data and arrange updates;
· Standardising CRM processes;
· Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;
· Handling complaints;
· Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area.
Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge of the English language such as French or German.
