The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality business. He / she is service oriented, passionate and willing to grow professionally. He / she is professional and loves to be in contact with our guests. He/She will be the first point of contact of our hotel guests and non-resident guests and will be responsible to greet them and assist them in reaching the desired hotel venue.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times
Responsible for the parking of the guest cars
Ensure that the whole reception area is in order and well maintained
Be informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house)
Be informed about touristic attractions in the area and services offered by the hotel
Work closely with the Front Office Team and offer assistance when necessary
Coordinate luggage delivery and collection with Porters and Front Office Team
Coordinate all drivers reaching the property

Adaptability: he/she accepts change and participates in new programs and processes. He/she is willing to learn new skills and keep up to date with developments in the department. He/she deals with multiple tasks and alters behavior/priorities as changes occur, and remains calm under pressure.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Italian
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Driving license
