British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a E-commerce Intern in Rome.
This role is part of South Eastern Europe Digital Team based in Rome and is a great opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment. As an E-commerce Intern you will be part of the South Eastern Europe Area E-commerce team supporting in multiple activities. Strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the business results.

British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a E-commerce Intern in Rome.
This role is part of South Eastern Europe Digital Team based in Rome and is a great opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment. As an E-commerce Intern you will be part of the South Eastern Europe Area E-commerce team supporting in multiple activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the management of the ecommerce in Italy to increase e commerce sales
- Work closely with the agency to improve the business behavior, page in terms of number of click, improve the customer experience.
- In terms of content, adapt the global one to the local.
- Working with BAT Platforms for Heated Products (HP) /Vapour/Modern Oral
- Analyse the stock of the product – supervise the analysis
- Promotion Management
What are we looking for?
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular of Excel & Power Point and Basic knowledge of Magento 2 and Shopify
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
- Current enrolment/degree in Marketing, Digital, Business Management or other related fields of study
- Strong analytical skills and strong team player attitude with positive and constructive attitude
- Previous working experience – especially in a Digital Fast environment is considered a plus
