BX (Brand Experience) Designer / BX デザイナー

募集要項

You will be responsible for all aspects of branding, from planning brand strategies for services and products developed as our company's business, to formulating concepts, developing designs, and improving and operating them.

• Developing personas and user stories based on hypotheses and data
• Concept design, user research, and user testing
• Prototyping and visual creation, including wireframes and transition diagrams
• Service logo, VI system, and tool design
• Building a design system and designing based on guidelines
• Visual design for LPs, banners, etc.
• Design of print materials such as advertisements, posters, and brochures
• UX/UI improvement and operational support, etc.

自社事業として開発するサービス・プロダクトなどのブランド戦略立案からコンセプト策定、デザイン開発、改善・運用まで、ブランディングを一貫してご担当いただきます。

• 仮説やデータに基づいたペルソナやユーザーストーリーの考案
• コンセプト設計やユーザーリサーチ、ユーザーテストの実施
• ワイヤーフレームや遷移図などのプロトタイプやビジュアルの制作
• サービスロゴやVIシステム、ツールのデザイン
• デザインシステムの構築やガイドラインに基づいたデザイン
• LPやバナーなどのビジュアルデザイン
• 広告やポスター、パンフレットなどの印刷物のデザイン
• UX/UIの改善や運用のサポート など

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

【Qualifications】
・Over 5 years of design experience or equivalent skills
・Knowledge and skills in building and maintaining brand identity

• Deep understanding of design thinking and user experience

• Ability to visually express creative ideas

・Experience in graphic design or web design
・Ability to understand and analyze market trends and competitive situations
・Ability to think logically about design
・Ability to dig deep into issues
・Experience working with Pd M, engineers, and other professionals

【必須（MUST）】
・デザイン実務経験 5年以上またはそれと同等のスキル
・ブランドアイデンティティの構築と維持に関する知識とスキル
・デザイン思考やユーザーエクスペリエンスに関する深い理解
・クリエイティブなアイデアをビジュアルに表現する能力
・グラフィックデザインやウェブデザインの経験
・マーケットトレンドや競合状況の把握と分析能力
・ロジカルにデザインを考えられる能力
・課題を深掘りできる能力
・Pd M、エンジニアなど他職種との協働開発経験
