The position
As a Controller, you will lead financial planning and analysis at Novo Nordisk in Japan. You will assist with the management in making sound decisions by providing data and insights. Additionally, as a member of the regional FP&A team, you will act as a liaison between Region Japan and International Operations located in Zurich.

As a Controller, you will lead financial planning and analysis at Novo Nordisk in Japan. You will assist with the management in making sound decisions by providing data and insights. Additionally, as a member of the regional FP&A team, you will act as a liaison between Region Japan and International Operations located in Zurich.
Other role responsibilities are as follows:
- Budget planning of Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE)
- Finance partnering for divisions by assisting with the budget planning, tracking, and decision making.
- Prepare analysis, commentary and presentation material for financial reviews and reports.
- Lead projects in Finance or participate as key member in cross-divisional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business planning/controlling and management reporting.
- Experience with data and related data analytics are preferred.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English proficiency, verbal and written are required.
