• Our client is a globally known healthcare brand with a global HQ in Europe.
• Japan is the 3rd biggest market globally with 1 billion USD in sales and 1400 people in Japan.
• Due to an internal transfer, they are looking for an experienced Business Unit Controller to lead a growing business unit.

仕事内容

• You would lead the Finance team for a growing business unit with a strong product portfolio and report to the Japan CFO.
• This position would supervise between 3–6 headcounts.
• You will be responsible for budgeting based on HQ BU strategy; reporting, forecasting and analysis for Revenue, by-product profitability, OPEX and other P/L focuses.
• Work cross-functionally with Global and APAC Finance; Head of Sales, Service, Marketing, FP&A and IT in Japan.
• You will be involved in process improvement projects throughout the business, including current SAP implementation.

対象となる方

• Strong FP&A experience, leading commercial and operational FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis.
• Business partnering record, working with senior leadership to drive and present strategy from the finance perspective.
• A CPA or MBA is desirable but not required.
• Experience using data BI tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
• Fluent Japanese and Business English required (interaction with APAC and Global HQ every day).
