Facilities Management Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and manage utility systems (HVAC, electrical, gas, cooling water, etc.) in a semiconductor device manufacturing fab.
- Handle recovery and coordination with equipment manufacturers during unexpected utility equipment failures and conduct regular maintenance.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for utility systems.
- Support upgrade projects for aging equipment and energy efficiency improvements.
- Assist with production equipment layout changes and plant expansion projects.
Expected Background:
- Work experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of utility systems in the manufacturing industry, particularly in semiconductor device manufacturing fabs, is highly desirable.
Expected Skill:
- Knowledge and experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of utility systems in a manufacturing fab.
- Knowledge and experience in predicting equipment failures and planning maintenance schedules.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency improvement and energy consumption reduction.
