Position Overview
The Global Corporate Finance team provides critical financial data and analyses to the Company’s senior leaders and Board of Directors, while also supporting the external reporting and investor relations functions. This position will report to the Global Corporate Finance Senior Manager within the construct of a supportive, collaborative team dynamic.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial analysis
- Support consolidation of the Company’s consolidated results, forecast, plan and long range plan
- Independently access and compile financial data from financial systems (Hyperion Essbase, FCC, SAP) and Excel models to produce standard reports and ad hoc analyses
- Prepare standard and ad hoc analyses across various financial areas (revenues, gross profit, expenses, inventory, KPIs, etc.)
- Maintain comprehensive Excel models with superior organizational skills and version control techniques
- Assist in the maintenance and continued improvement of financial shared drives and divisional financial data submissions
- Presentation Support
- Prepare tables, charts and analyses for executive financial presentations
- Assist in the quality review process of financial presentations
- Prepare appropriate back-up schedules as necessary
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Finance or Accounting is preferred
- Experience in (financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting) in a multi-national company
- The candidate for this position must be proficient in all MS office applications with advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, and FCC is preferred
- Strong analytical skills supported by knowledge of intermediate finance and accounting concepts
- Prior experience with accounting and analyzing foreign currency impacts is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong project management skills with an ability to take an initial idea through execution to the final deliverable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently to produce results under pressure
