• Our client is a specialist medical technology company HQ'd in the US focused on surgical equipment with over 3BN USD globally and 10 years of double-digit growth.
• In Japan, they have around 150 employees, and a newly renovated office in Shinjuku-ku
• In order to build Japan's cutting edge FP&A division from scratch, using SQL and Power BI to implement best-in-class reporting, they are looking for a data-savvy FP&A Manager.

仕事内容

• The FP&A Manager reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Japan and joins a finance team including 4 in the Accounting Team (1x Manager, 1x Staff; 2x Temp).
• The FP&A Manager will be required to create and implement the entire FP&A process in Japan, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting processes.
• You will help develop cost centers, P/L analysis, implement reporting tools (Power BI, TM1, SAP) and set financial KPI’s.
• There will be responsibility for delivering pricing strategy, controls and execution.
• Your key stakeholders will be Senior Finance Manager, Heads of Sales and Marketing, Demand Planning/Supply Chain, Business Unit/Product heads; some exposure to global finance team.

• Strong track record in leading FP&A processes with hands-on participation.
• Experience as a finance business partner communicating strategic perspectives across functions
• Process implementation
• Data analysis skills, including SQL and Power BI ability, are highly desirable.
• MBA/CPA are desirable but not required.
• Fluent Japanese and Business English required (mainly emails and occasional meetings)
