1)Responsibilities:

Japan Secure Zone:

・JSZ Metrics Monitoring and Evaluation: Controlling and reporting JSZ metrics to ensure their adequacy for the monthly JSZ Governance Forum. Also, making necessary updates on metrics to maintain standards of performance and compliance monitoring.
・Documentation and Reporting: Preparing monthly JSZ Forum documents, ensuring all relevant data is accurately compiled and presented. Supporting JSZ Forum meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and following up the minute actions with process and application owners.
・JSZ Policy Compliance: Conducting periodic checks as outlined in the JSZ Policy document to ensure adherence to established controls related to JSZ such as PII/MNPI data locations, training, logging requirements, etc.
・JSZ Onboarding Support: Maintaining the JSZ onboarding checklist and facilitating the onboarding process for applications transitioning to JSZ, providing guidance and support to application owners to help them meet required standards and qualifications.

IT Governance Forums:

・GOSMF Reporting: Reviewing monthly operational data including Events, Near Misses, RCSAs, incidents and audit findings for the GOSMF meeting and reporting them to senior management.
・Operational Data of IT Processes: Preparing necessary raw operational data for process owners to evaluate their processes and asking them to assess their processes accordingly. Consolidating process owners' evaluation reports into GOSMF Deck.
・Score Calculation Process: Preparing and maintaining the score calculation sheet used by process owners to evaluate their process scores and training & providing guidance to the process owners to use them.
・Output of GOSMF: Summarizing the output of GOSMF to feed GTGF meeting to present to senior management.
・GTGF Meeting Preparation: Preparing the GTGF documents using the outputs of GOSMF meetings with supporting documents. In addition, gathering high level summary data for critical processes from various stakeholders and consolidating them to cover Nomura’s subsidiaries.

Regulatory:

・FSA Reporting: Preparing the Events and significant impact incidents report for Wholesale and Instinet to share with FSA.
