主な職務内容
＜主業務＞オペレーション, SCM, 営業および技術などの関連するチームとのコミュニケーションを図り、ムーグ製品を正しい荷姿で出荷できるように準備し、契約条件に基づいて運送業者への荷物の引き渡しを行う。

• 物品（商品や部品等の購入品、修理やO/Hのために顧客が返却する製品等）を受領し、発注部門、受入検査、ストックルーム、A&T等の次工程に指定の荷姿で引き渡す。
• 受領や入庫に伴い、必要な伝票処理や電子データの入力を適切に行う。
• 梱包材料の在庫レベルを管理し、梱包作業に支障が生じないように補充する。
• 繁忙期に工場内のスペースが不足し製品が置けなくなった場合、輸送手段を手配し、生産計画に合わせて外部倉庫と工場間の製品の移動を段取りする。
• 外部の第三者から入荷したあらゆる商品を開梱し、手順に従い処理を施した後で工場内の適切な場所へ移動する。
• 商品を梱包の中から取り出す際や所定の場所へ移動させる際には、商品に衝撃を与えないよう細心の注意を払うこと。
• 検査が終わった部品についてストックルームの所定の場所へ正しく入庫する。
• 安全が最優先されることに留意し、物流スーパーバイザや他の関係部署の人からの指示に従い日々の業務を遂行する。
• 商品の入荷処理を行うため、紙や電子媒体の書類を取り扱う。
• フォークリフトやその他の運搬機器を安全に使用するため、必要な法定点検や日常点検を確実に行う。
• リーン活動に参加し、チームや関連部門の生産性やコストを改善する。
• その他ビジネスの利益のためにアサインされた業務を行う。

＜支援業務＞

• 業務負荷により、ストックルーム・チームの業務を支援する。

必要条件
学歴
高校卒、技術学校卒レベル相当。

職務経験（中途採用の場合）

• 製造業における3年以上の出荷や物流や関連する業務での経験。
• フォークリフトやクレーンの操作に対する安全講習を修了している方。
• その他の特にチームの指導者としての経験があることが望ましい。

行動能力

その他望ましい技量、経験、資格等

• マイクロソフトワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、アクセス等の標準的なアプリケーションを活用したPC操作。
• 生産支援システムや在庫管理の知識を有する方。
• いずれかのERPやそのシステム導入の経験は非常に望ましい。
• 英語での読書き能力があるか、または英語の能力を身に付けようとする意欲のある方。

Main responsibilities: (List 5 - 8 major accountabilities below)
<Major roles>

• Prepare Moog products with correct packing style for shipment by communicating with relevant teams in Operations, SCM, Sales and Engineering etc. and give them to a forwarder per conditions in a contract.
• Receive goods such as purchased items and components, products that customers send back to us for repair or overhaul etc. and give them to the next process like a department who ordered goods or incoming inspection or stock room or A&T etc. after arranging a designated packing styles.
• Process required slips and enter data properly as the goods come in and stored in warehouse.
• Maintain optimum level of packing materials inventory and replenish them so as not to have issues in packing work.
• In case there is a shortage in storage space for products inside during peak season, arrange the transportation to move the products back and forth between the factory and a warehouse outside based on production schedule.
• Open up the packages of any goods coming from outside parties and move them to store at proper locations in the factory after processing them with following procedures.
• Pay special attention on goods so as not to damage them when taking them out of the packages and moving them to designated locations.
• Put inspected items in the right locations of the Stockroom correctly.
• Keep in mind that safety is the priority and carry out day-to-day tasks based on instructions from Logistic Supervisor and other people from relevant departments.
• Handle paper or electrical documents to process receiving of goods.
• In order to make use of a forklift and other handling equipment without safety problems, make sure to carry out a mandatory inspection by a law and daily check.
• Participate in Lean activities to improve productivity and cost in the team and relevant departments.
• Conduct other duties assigned for business benefit.

<Supporting roles>

• Depending on workload, he/she will support the tasks in Stockroom.

Qualifications:
Education/degree:
High school or technical school graduate.
Work experience (for mid-carrier):

• At least 3+ years’ experience in shipping or logistics or any relevant roles in manufacturing.
• Those who have completed safety training programs for forklift and crane operations.
• Other experience in a leading role of a team in particular is desirable.

• PC skills utilizing standard applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point, Access etc.
• Knowledge in production support system and inventory management.
• Experience in any ERP and introduction of the system are highly desirable.
• Those who have skills for reading and writing English or willingness to acquire English skills.
