Busy NYC restaurant company is is searching for a responsible Restaurant Facilities Person.
Experience repairing and maintaining restaurant equipment - Required
Building repairs experience required (Tile work, basic plumbing, painting and basic electrical maintenance)
Be be:
-Detailed oriented.
- Work cleanly (maintain an organized work environment)
- Understand Purchase orders
- Completing projects in timely manner
- Communicate in a professional manner
- Able to provide detail reports to managers and directors
- Able to carry 50lbs and to stand on ladders and stairs regularly
