仕事内容
You’ll effectively work directly with the Legal head providing legal advice and daily contract review/management focusing on commercial, sales, corporate contracts, etc. Building good working relationships with stakeholders, optimising business and minimising risk. Implementing standard legal functions, governance, and compliance aligning with global and local laws and regulations. Given the opportunity to work closely with the HQ legal team in Australia as well.
対象となる方
Previously experience within legal to lead to your success, as well as:
- Law degree graduate
- Minimum 5+ years of legal/contract management
- Ideally fluent in Japanese & English
- Strong familiarity with Japanese labour laws & regulations
- Positive & ready to learn attitude
