Senior Staff, TLD Business Line

- Reach the divisional target
- Preparing BPM material(Once or twice per year)
- Participation and explain to Division about TLD Business
- Stock control of RDT products(Check order qty by GIM data/every Monday)
- Plan for next year(Once/year)
- Web monthly meeting with RBM including presentation material
- Set up strategy and market survey for TLD business\
- Check KPI for TLD business (OI/OR/profit/FC/OPR/CGP/Ma Co/Stock days and so on)
- Communication with other BLM and manager in domestic
- Back up sales support
- Application approval (Air freight/Credit limit/ purchasing sales stock/Demo)
- Indent sales control (MMC Ryotec)
- Price set up
- Customer visiting for main agent and tunneling worksite
- Phone call from customer
- Reply to customer inquiry
- Quotation
- Negotiation with customer
- Stock take(CPM3 contract)
- Participation in stock take
