Job Description

• Act as the main technology point-of-contact for the APAC market, advising global teams on local business needs.
• Monitor and support the performance of technology systems, resolving escalated issues, and preventing future occurrences.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including planning, tracking, and delivering new technologies.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of core business applications, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for system performance, scalability, and supportability.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in L2 systems analysis or a related IT role.
• Proficient in configuring and managing hardware and software, including experience with cloud services and IT networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and improve technology systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Language: English - business level/ Japanese - business level
