Assistant Manager- System Accounting- Financial Planning and Control(Watheefti)

Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting, analytics, and planning.
- Design, develop and implement BI Analytics and Planning Analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, scorecards, and planning models, to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain data models and metadata definitions within Data modules, IBM Cognos Framework Manager and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and write PL/SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into FP&C data mart.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users in utilizing Database and reporting tools effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of FP&C reporting infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Cognos Analytics/BI technology and recommend enhancements or new features to improve business processes.
- Adhere to established data governance and security policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of bank data.
