We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Product Manager.
Location: Sharq, Kuwait City
Salary: 350- 400 KD per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in daily tasks, including product development, inventory management, and quality control.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Support in product launches, including preparation of product descriptions and coordination with the marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of product specifications, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to help shape product strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- A passion for the jewelry industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
