Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Egaila. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting delicious beverages and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty chocolate beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling inquiries.
- Keep the café clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café or coffee shop setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 per month
