Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and give them the café menus
- Take orders from customers
- Prepare beverages Hot and Cold
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes etc
- Serve beverages and sweets, like cookies, pastries etc
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently (cash and cards)
- Check if all the machines operates properly and report any maintenance or issues to the supervisor
- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café, including the beverage preparation area, service counter, and seating areas
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to avoid shortages or wastage
- 2+ plus years’ working experience in restaurant or cafe
- Usage of POS system and taking payment by cards and cash
- Previous work experience as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of preparing different kind of juices, coffee and tea
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to understand customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: KD300.000 per month
