What you will do

• Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
  
• Conduct all opening procedures including unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing service areas.
  
• Conduct all closing procedures at shift end.
  
• Supervise and oversee Restaurant’s operation and ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
  
• Utilize the hotels computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports.
  
• Order the proper amount of supplies and products needed for the daily operation.
  
• Train the staff using the as approved service standards.
  

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
  
• Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages both written and spoken.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
