Front Office - Secretary/Reception (Female)

• Meet and greet all visitors
• In charge of communication such as incoming and going calls
• Handling customers inquiry and request and transfer it to the needed departments
• Coping and filing all incoming and outgoing original documents
• Updating the system regarding Delivery Forms
• Handling all courier shipments
• Providing letterhead, stickers and envelops
• Fluent English
• Computer using (Windows, Office, internet, )
• Excellent communication skills

The accommodation and transport to be arranged by the candidate (not provided by Company)
- Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (1 hour lunch break). Friday is OFF and Saturday is OFF but ON CALL.
