Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and mixed drinks with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests to recommend drink options and upsell premium selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new cocktail recipes and pairings that complement menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for bar supplies, and manage stock effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Provide exemplary customer service, handling any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a premium dining or upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong skills in mixology and cocktail presentation, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques for cocktail development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Basic knowledge of food pairings and menu offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
