About the Role
This is a full-time role for Quantity Surveyor located in Kuwait City. As a Quantity Surveyor you will conduct quantity take-offs and support tender submissions. You will play a vital role in managing costs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and delivering accurate financial forecasts for the projects.

This is a full-time role for Quantity Surveyor located in Kuwait City. As a Quantity Surveyor you will conduct quantity take-offs and support tender submissions. You will play a vital role in managing costs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and delivering accurate financial forecasts for the projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering or estimation in construction-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, quantity take-offs, and construction finishes.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD, MS Excel, cost estimation tools).
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
- Prepare and review tender documents for completeness and compliance.
- Work with project teams to gather information for submissions.
- Analyze submissions and pricing for competitiveness.
- Help negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for concrete and materials.
- Maintain a library of standard rates for concrete and finishes.
- Create cost estimates and budgets based on take-offs.
- Collaborate with design teams for cost-saving opportunities.
- Specify RFT finishes based on project needs and standards.
- Ensure all finishes are included in tender submissions.
- Advise on finish selections considering aesthetics and cost.
- Keep accurate records of tenders, take-offs, and financials.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders on costs, risks, and budgets.
- Assist in analyzing past tenders to improve future processes.
