- Assist with recruitment administration for overseas, local, and internal staff as directed by the Manager
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies on candidate targets, applications, invoices, and queries.
- Advertise job vacancies internally and externally.
- Review CVs for suitability (qualifications, experience) for department manager/HR management review.
- Schedule and organize interviews with department managers.
- Prepare offer letters and recruitment paperwork for successful candidates, for HR Management and MD sign-off.
- Manage offer processes with approved candidates, including POEs and contract arrangements.
- Oversee onboarding process for new hires: send welcome packs, document/visa processing checklists.
- Coordinate visa processing (home country and Kuwait) with candidates, ensuring proper paperwork for MOE or MOSAL approval.
- Track and update candidates on visa progress and final processes.
- Coordinate candidate arrivals, including flight bookings, transport arrangements, and accommodation setup.
- Organize orientation and introduction to managers for new staff.
- Manage completion of onboarding tasks (HR paperwork, ID issuance, account setups, filing, etc.) in collaboration with the onboarding coordinator.
- Coordinate any additional role-specific training (academic, cashier, registrar, managers) with the relevant department heads.
- Assist with internal staff transfers, including preparing paperwork, updating employee databases, and notifying relevant parties.
- Support HR management with special projects and other assigned tasks.
