Social Media and Design Specialist

Job Description: K-STEEL is seeking a talented and creative social media and Design Specialist to manage and build the online presence of our new B2C cladding services. The ideal candidate will excel in social media management and content creation, with a strong emphasis on visual design. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging social media content and designs that connect with homeowners and subcontractors, guiding them through their home-building projects. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and management of social media content across platforms, particularly Instagram and Linked In, to promote K-STEEL’s B2C services.
Develop visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and ads that resonate with our target audience.
Design high-quality graphics, images, and videos that effectively communicate the brand message and attract attention.
Consistently update and manage social media profiles, ensuring brand consistency and timely responses to inquiries.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to enhance engagement, follower growth, and brand reach.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure designs and content align with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
Make necessary updates to the company website, with a focus on improving design and user experience as needed.
Stay on top of the latest trends in social media, design, and content creation to keep K-STEEL’s digital presence fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in social media management, with a focus on Instagram and Linked In.

· Proven design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.

Ability to create eye-catching and engaging visual content, including images, videos, and graphics.
Experience with social media analytics and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Familiarity with website design platforms (e.g., Word Press/Shopify) is a plus.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
