We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and possess strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and style.
Platform Management: Manage and optimize the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and others.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure social media content is consistent with overall marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to create visually appealing content and understand basic design principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month
