Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Location: Hawally, Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-Time (9 hours/day)
Visa Type: Visa 18 (Normal)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at our unique concept store, where wellness, fashion, and art connect. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and increasing the online presence of our brand. The role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing to elevate our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Create high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, and graphics, for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and others.
Manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and fostering a community around wellness, fashion, and art.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform algorithms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify the brand’s presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in wellness, fashion, or art-related industries.
Expertise in creating content and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
Ability to develop creative ideas and produce visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels).
Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics to track performance.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (Bilingual).
Must hold Visa 18 (Normal) and be ready to join immediately.
