Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at our unique concept store, where wellness, fashion, and art connect. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and increasing the online presence of our brand. The role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing to elevate our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, and graphics, for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and others.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and fostering a community around wellness, fashion, and art.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform algorithms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify the brand’s presence.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in wellness, fashion, or art-related industries.
- Expertise in creating content and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Ability to develop creative ideas and produce visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels).
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics to track performance.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (Bilingual).
- Must hold Visa 18 (Normal) and be ready to join immediately.
