AML Compliance Officer - Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing AML/CFT compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to both local and international regulations.
Designing and updating AML/CFT policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Strategically advising clients on risk management and optimizing their compliance systems.
Conducting compliance audits, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and providing training on regulatory developments.
Supervising transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activities and ensuring the correct submission of compliance reports (SAR).
Representing clients before regulators (CSSF, CRF) and during audits.
Monitoring regulatory developments and advising clients on adjusting their compliance accordingly.

AML Compliance Officer - Desired Profile:

Significant experience in AML/CFT compliance management in Luxembourg, ideally acquired in comparable environments (Big 4, asset managers).
Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
Skills: Ability to quickly adapt strategies, take initiative, and have an interest in creative, tailor-made solutions.
Education: Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, particularly in financial sectors, asset management, and investment funds.
Autonomy: Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
