Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer will join the Compliance department that advises management and various departments on compliance with prudential regulations, assesses the impact of legal changes on the company's operations in Luxembourg, and identifies and assesses compliance risks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review policies and procedures for prudential regulations.
- Ensure proper application of these policies and procedures.
- Draft reports on compliance risk related to prudential regulations and sustainability for management and authorities.
- Communicate with prudential, administrative, and legal authorities.
- Follow up on MIDIs detected during audits, controls, and complaints.

Serve as the ESG reference for entities in Luxembourg:
- Implement the Group's Sustainability strategy.
- Set up and present training on prudential regulations and ESG initiatives.
- Coordinate and verify sustainability reporting
Ideal profile:
- University degree, preferably in law at Master's level
- Ca 3 years experience in a similar position in a company active in the financial sector in Luxembourg, Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Experience with financial and banking legislation and regulations (FATCA / CRS / EMIR / IDD / PRIIPS / DORA /DAC6 / MIFID / AML-FT/ GDPR), the
knowledge of ESG/SFDR regulations would also be an advantage. - Fluency in French is a must, as is fluency in English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
