Our client is a major player in the field of Industrial equipment. For its South Luxembourg based Headquarter, they’re currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller (m/f)

Mission

Responsibilities

• Review, and monitor, the actual and potential customers’ creditworthiness
  
• Monitor the Credit Insurance limits and payment terms
  
• Identify, and escalate, overdue payments, and collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate receipts
  
• Deal with credit notes, rebates and disputes
  
• Contact customers by telephone, dunning letters regarding accounts reconciliation and collection of debt
  
• Prepare reports for the local management, and for the holding companies
  
• Liaise daily with factoring providers for invoices assignment, accounts reconciliation and funding execution
  

Profile

Profile

• Degree educated in in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
  
• Good spoken and written English – French would be a plus
  
• PC literate
  
• Motivated, self-sufficient and well organized
