Exciting Opportunity with Prominent European Administration in Luxembourg!Join our dynamic team as a GED Access and Permissions Specialist and be a key player in the heart of our operations. We are representing a prestigious European administration based in Luxembourg, and we're seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
The main functions and tasks are:
- Manage user access and permissions for GED.
- Monitor and audit access control measures to ensure compliance with security policies
- Provide technical support to users experiencing access issues, give training and presentations
- Collaborate with IT and data security teams to update access protocols as necessary
- Conduct periodic reviews of access logs and permissions to ensure accuracy
- Work on different projects related to GED and document management

Profile
Skills required:- Bachelor’s degree in Information, Archives or Document Management
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an operational role within the fields of archives management and/or document management
- Proficiency at a B2 level in both English (reading, writing, and spoken), proficiency in French would be appreciated
- Expertise in MS Office tools, particularly in creating and editing Word and Excel documents, as well as graphics
- Familiarity with Open Text Content Server is advantageous
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information
- A customer service mindset coupled with a strong sense of rigor and proactive personality
Contract : 1 year
Negotiable compensation according to profile
