Group IT Contract Management Agent (m/f/n)

Your tasks
- You are in charge of the Group IT Contract Management Process: you implement and follow up the adequate analytical structure and KPI
- You advise and support Group IT in contract management purposes
- You provide ad-hoc reporting to line managers on a regular basis regarding contract management
- You continually improve the Group IT Contract Management Process
- You realize all the tasks to support the Group IT closing process (Timesheet controlling, reporting, etc.…)
- You assist the responsible of the service with the reporting process of the department
- You estimate monthly the Group IT OPEX forecast in collaboration with Controlling
- You oversee and continuously improve the IT Budget process, the IT RFP process, and the IT Supplier process
Your profile
- You hold a BTS degree in IT, Finance or equivalent
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You have an analytical mindset and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
