Viber is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team!
The ideal individual should possess an academic accounting background, show great interest in project-based work, and enjoy working across functions.

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping activities: day-to-day accounting: invoicing, billing, bank reconciliations, and client/supplier reconciliations
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders daily
• Assist the Financial Controller and Director of Finance with the monthly closing end-to-end
• Ensure exhaustiveness, integrity, and accuracy of all the transactions across the various systems. Identify issues, perform reconciliations, and propose perennial solutions

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in the field of finance or accounting
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, invoicing/billing is a plus
• Excellent IT literacy skills, including Excel and Word. SAP Business One is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across European businesses, international companies, and internal and external partners
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Any other language is a plus
• Must be able to work in our Luxembourg office
• Rigorous and organized
