Junior Accountant

Our governance professionals deliver bespoke solutions and assist our clients in complying with local legal and regulatory requirements across a number of sectors including real estate and private equity.
- Handle the day-to-day administration, bookkeeping for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings including related NAV calculations (where required)
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
- Liaison and interaction with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (dealing with audit queries) and any other third parties
- Assisting in the organization of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings
- Assisting in the preparation of VAT & Tax returns
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit or Economics (recently graduated or maximum 2 years of experience)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset)
- Have good knowledge on MS Office tools
- Ability to interact effectively (oral and written) with contacts both within and outside the company at all levels
- Possess team spirit, have ability to interact effectively (oral and written) with others and prioritisation skills
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a large focus on teamwork
- Commitment to ongoing training and career development
