AIBD is a key department involved on strategic matters. We connect and convene our account teams and clients with insights, offerings, solutions and ecosystems to address business issues, enhance relationships and architect engagements. Focusing on client centricity, AIBD is the aggregator of cross service-line and sector market demand signals and drives EY to develop innovative solutions focused on client needs.

Your challenge:
As part of the AIBD (Accounts, Industries and Business Development) team, your mission will be to help EY on the go-to-market strategy. In that frame you will collaborate with EY’s industries leaders and their team on challenging projects:
Market Intelligence | Business Development
- You will support Sector Leader in Business Development Functions
- Analyze internal or external databases in order to monitor our clients and detect new leads
- Bring valuable insight to the team by doing market scans for clients or leads on news/media, publications, while also utilizing EY’s internal resources
- Perform in-depth data analysis to create reports, dashboards using Excel or BI tools in order to transform data into actionable insights
- Help developing, driving and executing on various wider business development initiatives
Key account management & support
- Develop knowledge of EY Industries, Services, Accounts and BD methodologies
- Provide help for documentation of Key Accounts plans actions and current pipeline
- Promote effective use of EY pipeline and contact management tools
- Together with the Key Account leaders, you will prepare internal accounts meetings
- Manage account data within EY internal systems in order to drive accurate performance reporting
Marketing & communication
- Assist on external communication and events by sharing our brand and promoting our expertise
- Help in promoting thought leadership and external content
- Ad-hoc support on events and special projects
- Help in drafting content such as market industry articles, brochures, one-pagers
Your profile:
- Recently graduated with Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields, you’re looking for a great opportunity to start with your career journey
- Proficieny in both Eglish and French is required. The knowledge of other languages, such as Luxembourgish or German, will be considered as a strong asset
- You are curious and purpose driven
- You have a strong interest on data analytics tools such as Power BI/analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making
- Excellent MS office skills including Excel and Power Point are required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
- Time Management skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end
- Ability to build strong networks with internal stakeholders
- Excellent accuracy and high level of detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
