Our client, a fiduciary around 30 people is looking for a talented Corporate Officer to join their team. Situated next to the motorway network, this company is easy to get to, so you will not have to spend hours in traffic jams. Junior Corporate Officer : The Function

  • You will be responsible for managing the whole legal and administrative aspects of a wide range of clients from the creation to the liquidation of the company
  • As a Corporate Officer you will work closely with the Management team to keep them informed of regulatory developments
  • You ensure that your clients comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Be the key figure for customers on all matters relating to corporate fields and suggest them ways to improve their processes
  • You will prepare board packs, and organize the Board Meetings, draft the minutes etc.
Junior Corporate Officer : Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French (written and spoken)
  • The tasks of a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • You have significant competences in regulations and processes related to corporate entities
  • You have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Business Administration or in Law
  • You are capable to work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
  • You are autonomous and can carry out several tasks simultaneously
