Junior Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Production of periodical risk reporting for the AIFM and its managed investment funds
- Maintenance of policies, guidelines, work instructions and control processes
- Periodical monitoring of investment funds for compliance with legal and contractual investment restrictions
- Calculation of the risk-bearing capacity for the management company
- Production of AIF risk profiles based on their individual investment strategies
- Support in the development of risk management systems and the risk assessment procedures used
- Monitoring of outsourced activities and regular reporting to Senior Management
- Support responses for inquiries from the group, internal/external audit, Senior Management or other stakeholders
- Participation in various internal projects
What we look for:
- Academic degree in real estate, finance, economics, mathematics or equivalent
- Interest in financial markets and risk management of regulated and unregulated fund structures
- Basic knowledge of the regulatory requirements for Luxembourg investment funds is an advantage
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; good knowledge of German is considered as an advantage
- Good command of MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and Power Point; VBA, MS Access, SQL and SAP knowledge are considered as an advantage
- Team spirit and collaboration skills; inclusive and respect of diversity
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Critical and innovative thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
