Junior System Engineer (Windows, Luxembourg)

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Windows-based systems and networks. This position is ideal for candidates who have foundational knowledge of Windows environments and are eager to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure field :

Provide end-user support for Windows-related issues, including software installations, access rights, and connectivity problems due to the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Respond to user requests in a timely manner, offering guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
Assist with Active Directory management, including user account creation, deletion, and permission adjustments.
Support Group Policy administration under the guidance of senior staff.
Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology with at least 2 years of experience in an Operations Engineers Team;
2 years of experience in a Windows System Administration or IT Support role.
Strong knowledge with GPO and Active directory. Intune and SCCM is an asset.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset;
Fluency in English and a good command in French.
