Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Junior Valuation Analyst (m/f) to start ASAP .

Main responsibilities

• Support your Junior in developing our valuation desk and help maintain client relationship ;
• Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews;
• Design and work with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses;
• Report and present analyses and conclusions including written reports.

Main requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management;
• From 1 to 2 years’ experience in Valuation in an audit or consulting firm, or as analyst in an investment bank, asset manager, private equity house or rating agency (ideally in Luxembourg);
• Fluent in English (any other language is considered an asset);
• Enrolment in a professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA is a plus;
• Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and master new industries quickly.
